DESIGNATION : Accounts Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES

Job purpose:

To support Finance Manager by performing administrative tasks including Account Receivables, Reconcile invoices and identifying discrepancies, Tax Reconciliation and processing reimbursement forms.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform monthly accounting receivables and incoming payments process in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • To ensure customers payment on track with agreed term of payment and all payments are accountedand properly posted.
  • Reconcile invoices and identifying any discrepancies with customers Purchase Order (PO).
  • Create Tax Invoices through E-Faktur and ensure compliance with local tax rules.
  • Reconcile Withholding Tax and VAT transactions and check with Tax Consultant for monthly tax report and payment.
  • Process travel and business’s expenses and other reimbursements.
  • Participate in both Internal and External Audit process.


QUALIFICATIONS

Requirement:

  • Minimum D3/ S1 in Economics, Accountancy or its equivalent.
  • At least 1 year working experience in the related field.
  • Having good knowledge in taxation, preferably possessed Brevet A & B certification.
  • Meticulous, organized and good planning skills.
  • Good communication skill and must be fluent in English, both oral and written.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Resourceful and ability to work independently.
