Program Overview

IDEAS (Interns Development, Enhancement and Acceleration Space) is a 6-12 months internship program where you will gain extensive learning journey through various transformational projects. We open our door for creative, determined and highly motivated students who aspire to jump right onto work environment with real problems to solve.

Job Scope

Proposed ideas and preparing illustration designs for Bank BTPN’s internal or external communication channels/ contents

Create visual concepts and illustrations that convey the messages

Illustrating concepts by designing final arts (FA) based on size, type, and style and submitting them for approval

Participate in creative process
Major in Faculty Art and Design (DKV)

Seamlessly can operate Adobe software: Illustrator, Photoshop, after effect is a plus.

Eagerness to learn (esp more about work ethic), fun to work with, and awesome personalities.

Ability to meet tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure.

Good at absorbing large amounts of information, with a general hunger for knowledge.

Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly, and have good communication skills.
