We are currently recruiting for a Graduate Accountant to join the Indonesia Office of a growing engineering consulting business.

Graduate Accountant

Job Description

  • Assist with preparation of invoice and Accounts Receivable function
  • Assist with preparation of P&L and Balance Sheet group of companies in Indonesia including overseas operations
  • Preparation and analysis of reports as and when assigned by Accountants or Section Head
  • General ledger reconciliation
  • Monitor daily cash balances and funding
  • Maintenance of fixed asset registers, if needed.
  • Preparation of payroll, if needed Filing and housekeeping of Accounts reports
  • Assist with preparation of annual audit and tax schedules
  • Preparation of payments GST computation Perform other tasks as and when required

Qualification

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting
  • Proficient in English
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Independent and resourceful
  • Exceptional attention to detail
