Job Descriptions :


  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers/tenants.
  • Carry out service activities for the needs and complaints of tenants or counter owners so that tenant relations operations can be carried out properly and effectively.

Job Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor all majors or equivalent.
  • 1 - 2 years as a Customer Service Coordinator/ Tenant Relation Coordinator.
  • Fluent in English both oral and written.
  • Able to operate a computer (Ms. Office) and other software to support daily job.
  • High motivation, able to work with deadlines.
  • Innovative, disciplined, honest, diligent & have integrity.
  • Willing to be placed in Rasuna Said Kuningan, South Jakarta.
