Managing Material Management team trough out KPI which need to be reporting weekly and monthly
Managing Inventory level as per target
Managing material set up and status to meet the manufacturing needs
Accommodate any escalation from his/her own team. If require, continue the escalation to the manager in the right time and manner
Develop ideas and strategies to improve operational efficiency, value add, aid business performance and work towards a strategy of continuous improvement
Assess and evaluate suppliers and undertake performance reviews
Ensure that a professional and consistent approach is taken in relation to all supplier relationships
Ensure compliance to company guidelines, purchasing policies and procedures
Contact suppliers to resolve quality, delivery, or invoice issues
Qualifications and Experience Levels:
Minimum 2 years working experiences as a leader in area of purchasing/buyer/process engineer/process improvement experience preferably within an electrical or manufacturing environment
Minimum bachelor’s degree, with relevant business/commercial or manufacturing/engineering/statistic degree is preferred
Ability to value add, reduce cost and make business improvements
Project management experience
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of electrical processes and components and supply chain management
Strong knowledge and understanding of SAP Material Management (MM) and Production Planning (PP) module
Computer literate, Expert in Excel; Pivot, Lookup, and other advance function
Preferred Expert in automation/robotic application (such as Macro Excel, power query, UI-Path, RPA)
Provide contract summaries and ensure contract execution in accordance with company policy.
