The GrabKios Jabodetabek Territory team is an established team responsible for managing GrabKios Users across persona in Jabodetabek Territory coverage. We make an impact by fulfilling SMEs, Grab Merchants and Grab Drivers’ needs in digital products and remittance. If you are looking for an opportunity, then you should join our team!
Get to know the Role: We are looking for a Kios Business Analyst for assisting the team to make a good strategy and track team performance. We believe a successful candidate has a good analytical thinking, but if you believe you have what it takes then we’d love to hear from you either way.
The day-to-day activities:

Performed Business Analysis and support monitoring of sales team performance and productivity.
Compiling, analyzing, and preparing a dashboard for daily reporting of team performance.
Assisting Team to make strategy and control budget usages
Effectively communicate and explain performance achievement calculations to Territory Team and verticals.
Provide analytical support to the team as needed.
Able to identify issues before they become a problem.
Provide actionable insights and recommend solutions to drive the right behaviors in the field.
Review and reconcile sales data systems to ensure ongoing accuracy.
Work with related team support in order to execute the plans

The must haves:

You have Heart, Hunger, Honour and Humility
Having 1-3 years of experience in business/sales performance analysis.
Proficient in MS Office with solid skills in PowerPoint and Word; Expert level competency in Excel required.
Able to extract data from Tableu, Power BI, SQL or Python is a plus
Knowledge of reporting and performance monitoring with strong analytical skills and result orientation.
Effective communication, both verbally and in writing, sharing information and knowledge, engage in crucial conversations with a sense of urgency.
Comfortable with working and collaborating with all levels.
Proven ability to stay very organized, work with other colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
