  • Warga Negara Indonesia
  • Terbuka untuk umum dan diutamakan orang asli papua (ayah dan ibu atau salah satu orang tua adalah asli papua)
  • Diutamakan berjenis kelamin Pria
  • Diutamakan berdomisili di Papua dan Papua Barat
  • Pendidikan minimal S1 semua jurusan dari PTN/PTS terkemuka dan memiliki reputasi baik dengan akrediatasi minimal C
  • Diutamakan dari jurusan Ekonomi, Hukum, Ilmu Komputer/Sistem informasi/Teknik Informatika, Desain Grafis, Marketing Komunikasi, Public Relation, Teknik, Statiska, dan Psikologi
  • Indeks presetasi kumulatif (IPK) minimal 2,75 untuk S1 dan minimal 2,75 untuk S2
  • Mampu berbahasa inggris (minimal pasif)
  • Usia maksimal 28 tahun untuk lulusan S1 dan 30 tahun untuk lulusan S2 per 30 Juni 2022
  • Status perkawinan S1 (Belum Menikah), dan S2 (Belum Menikah/Menikah)
  • Memiliki tinggi badan minimal 155cm (laki laki) dan 150 cm (perempuan)
  • Berpenampilan menarik
  • Beredia ditempatkan diseluruh jaringan kantor Bank Papua
