Responsibilities:
Provide support in managing recruitment daily/weekly/monthly reporting
Provide support in managing assessment and administration process of Recruitment Activities
Manage logistic production and storage monitoring of recruitment collaterals and marketing tools
Manage procurement process of recruitment events and activities
Prepare ad-hoc data reporting to support in making strategic recruitment decision
Requirements:
Possess knowledge and skill in administration, reporting, & data management
Ability to operate Ms. Office. Advanced skill at Microsoft Excel will be advantage
Good written & verbal communication
Possess good analytical skill
High attention to details & fast learning
Ability to meet deadline and handle request in timely manner
