Deskripsi Pekerjaan

QUALIFICATION :

  • 1. Experience as Technical >10 years ( 5 year in non woven / textile, 5 year in non woven mtc / technical team )
  • Understand about process manufacturing and tools technical
  • Education : S1 ( Engineering / Mechanical / Electrical background )
  • Detail oriented, target oriented, deadline oriented, strong analitical skill
  • Good communication skill & Good Leadership
  • Age is 29 - 35 Years old
  • Have been worked at Taiwan or Taiwanese/Chinese company before
  • CAN SPEAK MANDARIN & ENGLISH ACTIVE ( MANDATORY )
  • Preferably been worked in TEXTILE /GARMENT MANUFACTURING
  • PREFERABLY CANDIDATE CAN JOIN AS SOON AS POSSIBLE !

Job Description SPV Technical:

  • Production process overall management (Yield/utilization/efficiency/quality etc.)
  • Production process trouble shooting, preventive action and cordination with MTC activity
  • Set-up Production process SOP, WI by following 4M & PDCA cycle
  • To plan and implement increasement of utilization & efficiency on Production process by PDCA cycle
  • Regularly monitor the maintenace activities of Production machinery and make sure it follows the target
  • Trial & mass production, abnormal process and product analysis, improving action
  • Problem solving analysis

Contract length: 12 months

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: Rp50,000 - Rp70,000 per month
