People Development & Training (PD&T) Specialist will report to Head of Human Resources Asia with responsibilities and requirements as follows:
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop Training and Development programs
2. Monitor, assist, and advise in performance appraisal process
3. Develop and monitor Talent Development & Succession Planning
4. Enhancing employee engagement
5. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program
6. Effectively analyze issues, problems, and provide solutions to Head of HR
7. Develop systems and procedures related to People Development
8. Develop Competency Dictionary and Matrix
Job Requirements:
1. High degree of professional ethics and integrity
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related relevant field
3. Understanding of Training Needs Analysis and Competency Matrix
4. At least 3 years of work experience in a similar position
5. The ability to be highly adaptable, collaborative, and resourceful – to work as part of a team or independently
6. Proven team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can effectively collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization
7. Ability to multi-task and maintain organization in a fast paced, changing environment
8. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and problem solving skills
9. Proficiency in English
