A major, progressive garment manufacturing unperturbed by the Covid-19 disruption in its pursuit of its ambitious growth and global presence invites high caliber HR Managers for appointments in several factories and locations in Java.
  • Working Experience
  • Exposure in multinational companies or international experience, 5 - 10 years.
  • Operational assignment such as production or other line departments or other major support function for at least 2 years will be a significant differentiator from other contenders.
  • Experience in labor intensive industry, minimum 10 years
  • Well-Rounded HR Experience
  • Understand about compensation and benefit
  • Experienced in Job Analysis, Job Evaluation, and in developing leveling, grading and salary structure.
  • Familiar with major salary survey methodologies
  • Attuned to "Pay for Performance" business environment
  • Familiar with executive compensation
  • Industrial Relation
  • Mastery and application of Labor Laws and Regulations. Role includes broad and conceptual as well as in-depth and technical competencies to be able to provide advisory to top management, to partner with line/functional managers, to direct, guide and supervise HR practitioners
  • Chief negotiator in Collective Labor Agreement or Company Regulations
  • Proven track record and field experience in handling labor disputes up to the highest level and in fostering harmonious company - employee relation.


  • Organization Development, Learning and Development
  • Proven track record in OD (Organizational Transformation, Change Management)
  • Experienced in Training Needs Analysis, Training Methodology, delivery and administration
  • Direct involvement in succession planning
  • HR Information System.
  • Planning, monitoring and evaluating in the field of HR & Compliance
  • Experience in and ability to assess, direct and lead in the acquisition and implementation of a fully integrated HR Management System (HRMS)
  • Ensure all areas of HR & Compliance are running well in accordance with governments and company requirement
  • Can do the planning and development in the field of human resources well and be the carrying the capacity of the effective against other parts that are in the are in line operations
  • Ensure that all the provisions of the Compliance run, just as internal audits, external / buyers audit and maintenance documents
  • Can do and maintain good relationship with environment, government and ornament of society to preserve security
  • Mastering the entire scope of HR work such as recruitment, payroll, employee development, training, BPJS, PKB, etc.
  • Mastering the entire scope of Compliance's work such as government policy, buyers, system audits and document control
  • Be able to communicate and maintain good relations with employee Rep. and direct relationships on work productivity and corporate interests
  • Have a good system and communication way with all layers of employees ranging from the lowest to the highest
  • Can build good relations with the government and the environment
