Working Experience

Proven track record in OD (Organizational Transformation, Change Management)
Experienced in Training Needs Analysis, Training Methodology, delivery and administration
Direct involvement in succession planning
HR Information System.
Planning, monitoring and evaluating in the field of HR & Compliance
Experience in and ability to assess, direct and lead in the acquisition and implementation of a fully integrated HR Management System (HRMS)
Ensure all areas of HR & Compliance are running well in accordance with governments and company requirement
Can do the planning and development in the field of human resources well and be the carrying the capacity of the effective against other parts that are in the are in line operations
