Job Description

You will be responsible in performing client centric

services and to receive inquiries from customers.

Requirement • Fluent in Mandarin is an advantage!

  • Minimum three years of experience in financial
services, fresh graduates are welcome whose

degree is from hospitality with two years of

experience in relevant industry.

  • Responding to customer inquiries by providing
correct information in adhere to company policy

and complete relevant information as needed to

the customers.

  • Interpersonal skills/networking and results
oriented.

  • Able to create and sustain good personal
contacts with clients, within the team and

amongst ICBC’s product partners.

  • Strong communication/presentation skills.

JAKARTA, MEDAN, BATAM, BANDUNG, SURABAYA,

MAKASSAR, BALIKPAPAN
