Job Description

Plan, set performance and productivity targets, and organize Driver Engagement activity (Area-based)

Manage weekly community database

Manage & provide Driver Engagement budget report (Area based)

Manage & monitor Driver Engagement Agents daily activities

Provide Driver Engagement daily activities summary & report

Support management to maintain field team performance and productivity
Minimum 2 years of primary experience in engagement, sales and partnership

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Able to write and converse in English and Bahasa Indonesia to communicate with internal stakeholders

Excellent in data & analytical skills

Excellent in presentation

Able to make decisions or provide solid recommendations - based on data & analytical thinking

Self-starter and ability to work well in a fast-paced environments

Experienced in performing Ms. Excel, Ms. Power point, Ms. Word, and other systems/tools to help implementation and tracking

Experience in strategy and consulting is a plus point

Willing to be placed in Jakarta, Tangerang, Bandung, Surabaya, Malang, Yogyakarta, Solo, or Semarang
