Memastikan implementasi desain kemasan mematuhi persetujuan regulatory yang berlaku
Duties & Responsibilities :
Artwork Development
§ Prepare and manage packaging material artwork for all products managed by Aventis Pharma.
Mempersiapkan dan mengelola desain kemasan untuk semua produk yang dikelola oleh Aventis Pharma.
§ Create Change Control in Phenix for changes related but not limited to artwork design and packaging material.
Membuat Change Control di Phenix terkait perubahan tetapi tidak terbatas pada desain dan bahan pengemasan.
§ Follow up the internal dan external final artwork development untul final approval.
Menindaklanjuti internal dan eksternal pengembangan desain kemasan hingga persetujuan akhir.
§ Maintain and update the version of packaging material to be use in production.
Mengelola dan memperbaharui versi bahan kemasan yang akan digunakan dalam produksi.
§ Control the valid version of packaging material supplier.
Melakukan kontrol terhadap versi pemasok bahan kemasan yang valid.
Data Maintenance & Compliance
§ Provide provision data for obsolete packaging material.
Memberikan data provisi untuk bahan kemasan yang sudah usang.
§ Maintain and manage artwork documentation and filing as per GMP requirement.
Memelihara dan mengelola dokumentasi desain kemasan dan pengarsipan sesuai persyaratan GMP.
§ Involve in contiuous improvement process in Plant Supply Chain Department.
Terlibat dalam proses perbaikan berkelanjutan di Departemen Plant Supply Chain
§ Implement Health & Safety practice in the work place as per applied HSE policy.
Menerapkan praktik Kesehatan & Keselamatan di tempat kerja sesuai kebijakan HSE yang berlaku.
General Requirements :
Technical Skill & Competencies/Language :
§ Business process analysis (general business knowledge)
Pemahaman mengenai proses bisnis secara umum.
§ Familiar with pharmaceutical product packaging process.
Familiar dengan proses pengemasan produk farmasi.
§ Fluent in English
Lancar berbahasa inggris.
§ Good time management and problem solving
Memiliki manajemen waktu dan pemecahan masalah yang baik.
§ Detail oriented.
Berorientasi detail.
§ Technical Equipment Know How (Technical Equipment Maintainance).
Memahami cara penggunaan dan perawatan peralatan.
§ Experience in using software for developing artwork.
Berpengalaman dalam menggunakan perangkat lunak untuk mengembangkan karya seni.
Qualifications :
§ Minimum. Bachelor degree in Pharmacy, or related field.
Minimal sarjana Farmasi atau yang berkaitan.
§ Minimum have 2 years experience as packaging development staff or similar
Minimum 2 tahun pengalaman sebagai staf pengembangan pengemasan
§ Willing to be placed in our manufacturing site located in Jakarta Timur
