Job Description:

Generate creative ideas based on input and strategic direction from the creative group lead and/or other departments.
Generate (by line, integrated) ideas and execute those ideas through great visual output
Contribute to strategic thinking and its application to creative
Work with other creative and brand teams on concept development for ongoing and seasonal campaigns
Effectively plan and accurately execute approved creative ideas
Ensure that all approved creative work meets the required standards and timelines
Ensure creative hygiene of creative work eg fonts, sizes, reproduction, finishing
Willing to guide and taking part in video/photoshoot session

Job Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of working experience in the advertising or design industry
Able to work independently as well as teamwork with partners
Excellent visual crafting skill using Adobe & Affinity Design
Excellent presentation & public speaking skill
Having interest (and good taste) in art is a nice addition
Consistently challenges oneself for breakthrough thinking
Constantly strives to do things differently
Uses the systems and networks within the organization to leverage the existing knowledge base
Excellent in accuracy & great attention to detail
Understand the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment
