Job Description

  • Manage content creator and official partner in the areas of Entertainment. Help them grow their presence on our platform.
  • Handle collaboration campaign operation, monitor partner performance, and user participation during event period.
  • Drive, measure, and analyze content creator and official partner performance regularly.
  • Responsible for data analysis (impression, interaction, consumption), as well as competitor analysis.
  • Work closely with Central Team to keep the operational work align with main direction.
  • Work collaboratively with Trending Operation Team to fulfill high quality content supply.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-team (Business Development, Product, etc) to develop and implement creative ways to improve official partner performance.
  • Support other operational task for special occasion (weekend shift or holiday shift)
  • Bachelor's degree from a premier university or college.
  • Previous working or internship experience with digital media or social media platforms or MCN (specifically in Entertaiment) is preferred
  • Ability to speak and write in Bahasa and English fluently
  • Understanding of the online entertainment space in Indonesia.
