19 January 16 Location: Banten Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in engineering background is preferable
  • Minimum 10 years of total working experiences, with strong experience in large operation or production function for manufacture company
  • Good technical knowledge in overall plant operation management starting from raw materials management, HSE, budgeting & costing, product & process, design concept, quality management, etc
  • Excellent communication skills in English, good leadership skills, hard worker, dynamic and able to think analytically and strategically very well.
