Our client, who has 30 years of experience in the Management Consulting area and have been working with more than 500 companies in different industries, is searching for a passionate and dedicated Business Executive. The candidate will be responsible for gaining new clients, building relationship with the clients, gaining insight into clients or customer needs, and responsible for related business administration (proposal and agreement). The successful candidate will be placed in South Jakarta.

Responsibilities:
Conduct introduction activities to Client.

Arrange business appointment with Client to introduce BPO Payroll & HRIS System Services that may support Client's business growth.

Gather Client's initial business requirements.

Prepare a business proposal.

Prepare an extention or amendment to a business agreement.

Prepare a cost-pricing simulation.

Define an initial solution to address a Client's Business requirement.

Coordinate with the Delivery Division to define the overall proposed technical solution for the Client.

Maintain a professional relationship with Client.

Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor degree from a reputable University, preferable majoring in International Business/Information System/Management, with GPA 3.00 (Scale of 4.00).

Preferable have at least 2 year experiences in sales from BPO Payroll & HRIS System business area (1 year experience candidate or fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

Have a good looking and/or professional grooming.

Have a good Interpersonal skill and communication skill.

English literate both writing and speaking.

Computer literate in Microsoft Office especially MS. Power Point, Ms. Word and Ms. Excel.

Have attention to detail.

Willing to be placed in Graha BIP (Jakarta).

Benefit:
Basic salary in gross.

THR will be paid in Idul Fitri, with nominal 1x salary.

Medical allowance will be provided.

Year end bonus, based on company and employee's performance.
