Your ‘day to day’

  • Promote and apply all rules concerning PMI environment, health and safety
  • Establish and execute regular employees feedback gathering process through the Health checks, surveys, interviews and outcomes of the Employee listening to ensure continuous improvement of the communication product
  • Translate the business strategy into a site communication strategy that drives behaviors/actions needed to achieve the targets
  • Manage communication projects in a cost efficient manner.
  • Develop communication skills and network across departments to support functional communication needs in autonomous way
  • Build Digital capabilities in the organization to ensure communication platforms and means are evolving in line with the business current and future requirements


Who we’re looking for

  • Have Bachelor's/Master's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Political Science, Journalism, Marketing or related field
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in communication role (content writing & presentation) & various digital communication channels
  • Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal
  • Excellent in content writing and communication skills
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office applications
