Your Key Responsibilities

  • Supports sales staff and customers with engineering expertise regarding products, its installation and applications as assigned.
  • Provides sales support with engineering expertise regarding products and applications.
  • Performs conceptual work for specific customer requirements, and supports customers in this respect.
  • Assesses and interprets technical data, documents and communicates findings.
  • Might initiate measures to develop or adapt product and service concepts to better match market requirements.
  • Support assembly, installation, setup and utilization of products and systems at customers site if appropriate and necessary.
  • Promote and sell services, service products (tools), Industry 4.0 products , bearing products and others where applicable
  • Set up and provide Training Sessions for Industrial MRO & OEM customers

  • Sell and perform IAM services on site, e.g. bearing mounting supervision, condition monitoring services, Mapping of MRO Equipment


Your Qualifications

  • University degree in Engineering
  • 3-5 years Experienced
  • Certifications for Vibration Analysis Skill
  • Previous exposure into new digitalization concepts (Industry 4.0, IoT etc.) is a benefit
  • Can work with the team : internal team & distributor team.
  • Have problem solving skill and customer service mindset skill.
  • Strong communication skill at all organizational levels is essential in English (written and oral) is mandatory.
  • Background in process engineering, Mechanical maintenance and/or the reliability function within heavy industry or field service & applications engineering in the bearing industry is preferred.
  • Willing to travel often out of town.
