Job Description

  • Melakukan koordinasi untuk proses service unit kendaraan di area
  • Berkoordinasi terkait penanganan keluhan customer atas kendaraan
  • Melakukan kunjungan rutin ke customer untuk pengecekan kondisi kendaraan
  • Menangani administrasi pengiriman dan penarikan kendaraan
  • Berkoordinasi dengan bengkel dan vendor rekanan lainnya untuk pemenuhan kebutuhan service
  • di area

  • Max usia 35 tahun
  • Minimal pendidikan SMK/STM jurusan teknik otomotif
  • Memiliki pengalaman sebagai service advisor minimal 1 tahun/mekanik authorized dealer
  • minimal 2 tahun
  • Pengalaman dari perusahaan Rental mobil (lebih di sukai)
  • Menguasai Microsoft Office
  • Mampu mengendarai mobil dan memiliki SIM A
  • Berdomisili sesuai area yang di butuhkan (Medan, Palembang)
