<Position Objective/Expectation >
  • Support sales team to perform good quality service for Clients

<Job Responsibilities>
・ Sales activity (include preparing quotation, receive PO, handling delivery, maintain customers, etc)
・ Negotiate with customers and related department.
・ Analyze customer complain (problem solving).
・Analyze forecast for arrange stock and check for order quantity.
・Calculate & control stock order against delivery and forecast.
・Conduct internal & external meeting
・Preparing report (stock, sales, meeting, etc)
・Ensure profitable after-sales business to dealers by checking cost of purchasing regularly.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Have a minimum of Bachelor degree in any discipline
・Have a minimum of 1 year experience as a sales in manufacturing company
・Able to perform presentation for internal & internal parties
・Good in Ms. Office, Excel is a must
・Business level English
・Have a good vision, ready do to overtime, can work in team, resistant to pressure
・Willing to work in Cikarang

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Able to speak in Japanese is an advantage
