About the Department

The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.


Personal Financial Services

We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Bertanggung jawab terhadap pencapaian individu untuk menumbuhkan jumlah nasabah yang berkualitas, Deposit dan AUM Wealth ENR & Wealth Revenue (Reksadana, Obligasi, FX dan Bancassuance) untuk segmen Privilege Banking dari team Head dibawah supervisi GSM
  • Menumbuhkan portofolio yang sehat dan berkelanjutan dari team head dibawah supervisinya dan memastikan portofolio terpelihara dengan baik termasuk rotasi nasabah antar sales
  • Bertanggung jawab untuk pemenuhan Team head dan tenaga sales di bawah pengawasan dan juga melakukan training team head dan team sales under supervisinya
  • Memastikan pencapaian, produktivitas, pencapaian grup, tim, sesuai rencana, dengan melakukan monitor dan pemantauan berkala yang terus-menerus, dan melaporkan hasil kepada Sales Head
  • Melakukan Pelatihan reguler, melakukan monitor dan motivasi untuk team head dan tim sales setiap bulan dan performa yang masih kurang, dan membantu perkembangan karier team head dan tim sales dan manajemen kinerja penjualan untuk meminimalkan pengurangan anggota team
  • Pastikan proses penjualan mengikuti SOP dan SLA saat ini, dengan memitigasi semua risiko penjualan (toleransi nol) dan meningkatkan disiplin penjualan
  • Berhubungan dengan Tim Produk & tim Spesialis untuk arahan agar memiliki tingkat Penetrasi wealth lebih baik, jumlah produk yang dimiliki oleh nasabah, peninjauan atau melakukan penyeimbangan produk portofolio nasabah
  • Memimpin Irama Operasi (SOW, EOW, SOD & EOD) bersama dengan team head dan membangun budaya penjualan yang kuat.
  • Memastikan semua anggota tim tersertifikasi 100% untuk semua sertifikasi yang disyaratkan
  • Berkoordinasi dengan semua anggota tim di bawah pengawasan termasuk dengan Relationship Officer (RO) dan melakukan training prosedur untuk SOP dan SLA

Job Requirements

  • Have experience as a sales leader for minimum of 5 years, manage large number of sales team (min of 15 sales) and with large scope of area or several branches under his/her supervision
  • Deep understanding of Banking product knowledge
  • Strong communication skill
  • Strong leadership and able to build and lead a loyal team
