Key Responsibilities
The compliance and implementation of all requirements regarding quality, environment and safety within its process
The coordination and management of the change process
Cost unit responsibility for changes, optimizations, etc.
Drawing conformity for parts in series
The technical development and ongoing optimization of the products
The reduction in product and process costs
The creation of product and process specifications
The coordination of product-related changes to tools and parts
Improve the product quality
Secure the product reliability by balancing the cost
Prepare technical Drawings for WH products
Preparation Lessons learned in every phase in production
Define the map and drive the fulfillment during ramp-up and volume production
Identify and realize measures for improvement, test optimization and product cost-ability methods
Perform and documents design-verification activities and volumetric analysis
Drives design review initiatives for assembly to ensure smooth production processes
Support the design, development, testing and validation of projects for compliance with quality standards
Successfully led the manufacturing process through all stages, including prototype, pilot and production builds
Provide analytical support for experimental pricing structures
Overseeing the implementation of customer documentation changes and internal change orders for process efficiency
Trained and support assemblers to implement new or redesigned product assemblies
Use statistical tools to lead improvement within the sales and manufacturing teams
Key Qualifications/Requirements
Technical education (bachelor’s degree or equivalent)
Minimum 2 years experience in automotive industry
Good knowledge of process preparation for wire harness products
Good knowledge of machines (Schleuniger/Komax) for preparing modules for wire harness
Knowledge in industrial electronics / pneumatics / hydraulics
Knowledge in CAD programs Autocad / Solidworks
Knowledge in Strain measurement methodology for electronics industry
