Continuous Improvement Officer


Location: Kumanovo


In order to support our factory in Kumanovo, we are looking for Continuous Improvement Officer who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm. Use this chance and join our success!


Tasks:


  • Cooperate in identifying and developing suggestion for improvement; implement the actions determinate
  • Cooperate in a ‘best practice’ database with the involvement of the plant management
  • Identify improvement potential in standards and drive focus on critical processes that will yield the highest impact to the organization
  • Plan and conduct workshops for various plant functions (e.g. Production, Logistics, etc.) to identify improvement potential (e.g. with regard to Efficiency Increasement, Improvement of Flow, reduction of Waste, reduction of error rates and process variations, etc.)
  • Define actions, responsibilities and schedules to realize potential capacities, in cooperation with the team and assure implementation of agreed actions, in cooperation with the area involved
  • Promotion of idea management at the location (transparency and significance) and motivation of employees


Profile:


  • Engineering degree preferably in Industrial or Manufacturing engineering
  • 1-3 years of experience in an automotive environment
  • Risk Management and Project Management
  • Fluency in English language, knowledge of German language will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent command in Microsoft Office
  • Innovation and Willingness to learn
