Job Description:

Identifying potential locations for the strategic expansion of Shopee locations across Indonesia
Implementation of a framework for a smooth transition with stakeholders within or outside the organisations
Leading tender process alongside the Procurement, Finance and Legal teams
Performing multiple tenders process, technical & costs assessments plus analysis. Includes ensuring that design and elements are as per Shopee Standard & Style
Leading Construction and fit-out process on the floor
Making big decisions on changes needed to be done on the floor and floor improvements based on sense and judgement
Providing inputs to the GTM efforts within Shopee
Identifying risks related to expansion within the regional area
Creating and improving existing expansion initiatives across the organisation.
Tracking progress on the expansion efforts and predicting the needs of the organisation by proactively identifying potential sites
Identify rooms for improvement within the organisation and share reports with senior stakeholders

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of working experience in related roles within the space of tech, e-commerce or management consulting industries
Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
Demonstrated ability to read technical drawings and strong in cost analysis is a huge bonus
Willingness to be mobile as the role requires high mobility to accomplish tasks also requires someone to be an energetic individual with a hands-on mentality
Demonstrated passion for the sustainable expansion of large organisations
Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing, fast-paced and results-oriented environment where a high degree of flexibility is required
Driven and motivated
Excellent communication capability
Strong leadership skills
Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
