Program Overview:
The Australia-Indonesia Partnership in Disaster Risk Management (SIAP SIAGA) is a five-year program (2019 – 2024) funded by the Australian Government’s aid program and implemented in cooperation with the Government of Indonesia.
The program aims to improve Indonesia’s ability to prevent, prepare for, respond to and recover from disasters and strengthen cooperation between Australia and Indonesia on humanitarian issues in the region. The Program will be implemented at the national and sub-national levels including in Bali Province.
The operations in Bali Province have started since early April 2020, in supporting the Government to response to COVID19 emergency. Since then, the program has been further extended and entered regular program activities from the beginning of 2021, with the program annual working plan (AWP) for 2021 being signed-off by BNPB. The program activities are currently progressing with more initiatives being implemented per the 2021 plan, in partnerships with various stakeholders, primarily Provincial BPBD and other government offices.
The Administration Assistant is responsible for supporting the DRM Area Coordinator in Bali with administrative support in the activities implementation and ensure compliance to the company policies and regulation, in close coordination and matrix oversight of the sub-national Finance and Administration Assistant.

The position contract period initially will be for 6 months with maximum call down days at 120 working days. The position will be provided with specific detail TOR with outputs for every assignment as requested. The position will be based in Bali with minimal travel as required to the area location.
