Clarify business needs / requirement based on stakeholders request until conclude the final requirement (Technical, Commercial and Administration)
Excute & develop sourcing method to decide proper Supplier to participate in the Procurement Process
Control supplier comparison process for any required product or services in order to select most beneficial supplier for company
Control negotiation process to supplier (price, scope, acceptance criteria, etc) in order to find most beneficial supplier for company
Control agreement draft which have been developed in order to ensure company requirement included in agreement document
Create proper procurement proposal & PO, monitoring delivery, and checking product received in order to ensure that product to be purchase are met with requirement and delivery met with SLA
Managed delivery & invoice process until payment schedule
1-3 years experience in IT Procurement;
Preferably has experience working on IT Company
Integrity and dynamics person
Strong analytical & communication skills (good English to communicate)
