Job Description

Job Descriptions :
  • Able to create architecture design and concept.
  • Review and monitoring tenant design and coordinate the standard of Mechanical electrical and Architecture.
  • Able to create RAB (Rencana Anggaran Biaya) or Budget Plan.
  • Controlling and supervising tenants who are doing Fit Out to comply with Fit Out SOPs and building standards.
  • Carry out and ensure the administration of the Fit Out process in accordance with the SOP.
  • Designing facilities and building improvements for tenant satisfaction.
  • Calculate the area of the lease area that will be submitted to the tenant.
Job Requirements :
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as Building Management in office building, shopping center/retail industry.
  • Solid understanding of technical aspects of mechanical, electrical, & civil.
  • Familiar with Auto CAD, 3D Sketchup, Adobe and Corel Draw.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Willing to be placed in Thamrin, Central Jakarta.
