Requirement :

Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Communications, Leadership, Hospitality, Problem Solving, Analytical Skill
Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
Working Placement : Medan

Duties :

Manage all operational restaurant and ensure employees are following Standart Operational Procedure
Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues
Development and implementation of action plans

Contract length: 6 months
