At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Duties :
Manage all operational restaurant and ensure employees are following Standart Operational Procedure
Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues
Development and implementation of action plans
