Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent from a reputable University
At least 10 Year(s) of working experience as PPIC Manager, Preferably from manufacturing (company size min. 200 employees)
Have strong knowledge in Production Planning, Material Management, Inventory Control, MRP/ERP, Warehousing, Sales Activities to ensure minimum costs, optimized utilization of resources, and high material yield
Excellent communication and good interpersonal skills
Ability to work excellent as team or individual
Ability to work under pressure with quick adaptability skills
Analytical thinking, strategic concept planning & effective leadership with high degree of integrity and responsibility
Good leadership & managerial skill, have ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver against targets
Fluency in English

As PPIC Manager have responsibilities but not limited to

Responsible in inventory planning, materials handling and preparation of production schedule
Creating master production schedules and manufacturing orders as well as forecasting inventory requirements
Maintain inventory stock level of Finish Goods, Raw Material, Packaging Material and other support material
Monitoring inventory during the production process, goods stored in the warehouse, as well as the incoming and outgoing goods
Ensures timely arrival of needed materials by closely coordinating with related parties
Responsible to manage department Production Planning, Customer Service, and Purchasing
Perform other qualified duties as required
