Working with internal line managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled as well as review job descriptions for vacancies
Search for and enforce new sourcing methods to find job candidates
Handle end-to-end recruitment activity from the sourcing until onboarding
Keeping track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-fill and cost-per-hire)
Define the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates
Manage the various recruitment channels (e.g. job portals, universities, headhunters)
Oversees the weekly workflow of the probations employee
Reporting the recruitment performance
Candidates must Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, or related fields
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Must have experience in the end-to-end recruitment process (from gathering hiring needs to onboard)
Must have experience in recruiting tech talents such as Back-end Developer, Front-end Developer, and Quality Assurance
