Job Description

Location: Jakarta

Job Responsibility:

  • Membuat data aplikasi masuk
  • Membuat laporan bulanan
  • Membuat persiapan data untuk pencairan pembiayaan
  • Menindaklanjuti angsuran yang telah jatuh tempo termasuk cek pada mutasi harian dan daily collection report
  • Menindaklanjuti data debitur dan data lainnya termasuk bila terjadi data retur, reject dan revisi terhadap invoice factoring

Qualifications:

  • Pendidikan minimal D3 semua jurusan
  • Lebih diutamakan yang memiliki pengalaman di bidang administrasi
  • Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik secara vertikal dan horizontal
  • Menguasai program Ms. Office (excel, word, & powerpoint) dengan baik
  • Teliti, cekatan, jujur, rapih & rajin
  • Memiliki kemauan kuat untuk belajar
  • Terbiasa bekerja dengan target waktu
  • Mampu bekerjasama dengan tim
