We are looking for a Planning Analyst (Temporary) to be placed in Pasuruan (Currently you can work from anywhere).

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

Supporting Project Leader follow up 1st production readiness and adherence to committed IMS (In Market Sales)
Supporting Project Leader for maintenance or resourcing project to follow up 1st production readiness and adherence to committed timings
Ensuring preparation and reporting of department KPI accurately and timely
Coordination to collect, analyze, and generate report related with global or departmental project with coordination with other functions
Working with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system, build product specification and ensure correctness & completeness. To have good product knowledge
Compliance with various guideline (Market Requirements, Quality Document, System documentation, Email instructions).
To be able to learn rapidly and eagerly in Product Knowledge, draw insight from experiences and seek perspective from others, as PPM team is building product specification (packaging & cigarettes) and to ensure correctness & completeness.
To be able to perform in a quickly changing environment.
Working under pressure with peak activities and strong requirements for accuracy, completeness and speed.
Maintaining good relationship & collaboration with stakeholders within Internal Sampoerna, Asia Regional and PMI Global.
International environment, with English-speaking based community & team member.
Work in diverse team.
Internal & External Relationship, Internal : within PPMD department (COE Kretek, Packaging Team, Project Deployment Manager, Strategy & Planning

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Bachelor Degree (Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Exact Sciences or Allied fields) a related field with minimum GPA 3.00
Experience in Project Management is preferred
Experience in Supply Chain/Procurement/Engineering/QA/Manufacturing is a plus
Proven experience as a Strategic Planner
Good analytical thinking and fluent in English
Fluent in Ms. Office
System knowledge (e.g. PLM/SAP) is a plus
Willing to be placed in Plant Pasuruan
Willing to be contracted for 1 year
