Job Purpose

  • Responsible to all of Branches starting from their daily activities, requirements, needs, problems and compliance to company regulation. Become the main PIC of Branches to other related department for communication, coordination and problem solver also be the key persons for Branches system that used by company and also Chromascan execution in each of Branches. Also lead the Branches for the continuous improvement that align with company direction.
  • Create & monitoring request of Transfer Order to branches (TOF) and export (IOF), starting request from Branches / Planning until the products are received by Branches / Other Country team. Also connect with Planning & Transport Planning Team for problem / error findings during the transfer request processes (OOS, less truck load, shipment schedule, etc) and lead to find the best solution together before informing it to the customers (branches & other country).
  • Ensure customer delivery from Branches is prepared well and delivery on time until it received by Customers. Also response and follow up complaint handling related to Branches delivery.
  • Handling import for NPR & export process that related to Finished Good and create monitoring report for it. Become the PIC to inform the information of export and import activities for Finished Goods to related department.
  • Responsible petty cash and also office equipment of Logistic Department.
  • Manage monthly report & performance of management Logistic.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage Logistic Branches operation (Surabaya, Batam, Banjarmasin and Makassar), issues / problem that appeared and also find the root causes and action plan in the branches.
  • Ensure all of documentation in Branches and for Export – Import activities are filing well and easy to find for the GDP process. Also the administration processes & documentation are executed well in physic and system.
  • Documented all of the issues related to Branches and Export – Import activities and ensure all of the root causes find and also the improvement action plan.
  • Monitor Transfer Order Request for TOF / IOF and ensure those request executed well and delivered on time
  • Handling for export & import process all Finished Good products, starting from request, PO creation until delivery, also create the monitoring for it with no customer complain as the target.
  • Working closely with Branches and other related parties (Warehouse, Planning, Customer Service, Transport, etc.) to ensure daily shipment can be done according to agreed service level with Service Level target = 98%.
  • Manage and report petty cash of logistic department.
  • Make office equipment request for Logistic Office and Branches.
  • Implementing HSE programs, 5S, ISO9001, ISO14001 AND OSHAS18000 at Branches.
  • Safe behavior and implement a Quality Management System, Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental regulations and comply with the company include LSR
  • Other task as assigned by the supervisors

Key Activities

  • Perform branches daily operation at system that being used by the company.
  • Follow up and response customer complaint related to branches and export operation.
  • Stop operation if there is any potential unsafe behavior
  • Propose requirements for Branches such as PPE, Office Equipment, etc.

Experience

2 years experiences of Distribution Center or Warehousing
