Job Description

Responsible for fulfilling current hiring needs in various roles.

Maintain updated recruitment database on daily basis.

Create weekly and monthly recruitment reports.

Contribute ideas for employee engagement initiatives.

Assisting ideation for employer branding program.
Final year student or fresh graduate in Psychology, HRM, Business Administration, or other relevant fields.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including peers, and external partners.

Excellent management, time-management, and problem-solving skills.

Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize, multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.

Good in English, oral and written.

Available for 6 months internship.
