As part of the Grab Marketing Indonesia team, our Internal AV & Motion Production team consist of 8 people, playing an important role to produce various content to support our Marketing programs. Be it campaigns or organic content, we aim to produce better and more efficient kind of content. On the daily work, we sit together with project owners and creative team to take the brief, and produce the content to tackle the brief.
Get to know the role:
The role is to be specialist in producing video content to support overall Grab business objectives. This role will be in charge to produce social media Audio Video content, that will be used as a part of campaign materials, or as a hygiene content. Since we are going to focus more towards Youtube and TikTok, it is preferable to have somebody who knows how the 2 platform works.
The Day-to-Day Activities:
To Liaise with Vertical Marketing Team, Social Team, Creative team and Campaign Management Team (mainly serving Grab) to receive briefs, giving input, consult production, involved in production ideation, and to produce the Audio Video pieces to answer the brief.
To keep on being updated and play a role as a reference source, on how the industry, the category and the video platform works, to increase Grab output quality material.
As a to go to person in terms of technical knowledge about AV production
To make sure that all deliverables are as per agreed, and as per requirement
The Must-Haves:
A strong team player, yet still dependable as a solo player,
• Understand end to end video production, starting from brief, to delivery • Having a minimum 3 years of experience working as a videographer / video maker / content creator with good portfolios.
Understands how Tiktok and Youtube content & platform works
Understand how comms campaign should be developed
