Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 12 years of experience in advertising sales/marketing and sales management.
  • Experience working at an executive level with businesses and agencies, as well as collaborating cross-functionally.


Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience and success devising breakthrough plans to achieve new business.
  • Knowledge of Google and YouTube products and solutions.
  • Ability to drive results and consistent growth in a matrixed organization.
  • Ability to mentor a team in an effort to drive their performance.
  • Broad knowledge of Automotive and Tech industry dynamics.

As the Industry Head of Automotive and Tech, you will manage a group of multi-verticals/industries and work closely with cross-functional teams at Google.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital growth and advertising strategies for advertisers in Indonesia. Cultivate relationships with key executive and agency partners to drive customer growth.
  • Represent Google as a keynote speaker at industry events, developing Google’s brand and identifying prospective partners at industry events.
  • Build a diverse, equitable, inclusive, and high-performing sales organization through coaching and influencing the team's structure, culture, and processes.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment with key partner teams, including Marketing, Global Strategy and Operations, Partnership, Large Customer Sales, and Agency and Product Specialists.
  • Operate as an integral part of the management team to drive common strategic themes. Develop Google Indonesia's reputation and growth and contribute strategically to the growth and direction of Google’s products and services.
