Responsible for ensuring that all construction lift and rigging are organized to support all craft lifting requirements, include the proper lifting plans have correct rigging along with certified operators and riggers.


Requirements:
  • Min. Bachelor Degree with 6 years experiences in Rigging / Civil area, min. 2 years in supervisory role.
  • Good analytical and supervisory skill.
  • Good communication in English.
  • Work flexible hours to accommodate job requirements.
  • Valid Rigging Certificate
  • K3 Rigger License (Disnaker) Certificate
  • Knowledge of development of Rigging Plans, Rigging studies etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Plans, schedule, execute and evaluate the day to day objectives based on planning and review previous performance.
  • Develop JSA’s with effective hazard controls such that work progresses without incident.
  • Validate work permit in daily basis.
  • Ensure availability of all rigging hardware in sufficient quality and quantity.
  • Manage and monitor Work Order (WO) to ensure Work Order information is processed.
  • Carryout periodic inspection of all rigging hardware.
  • Support Superiors with planning maximizing utilization & performance of department resources.
  • Support Superiors with the development of a work schedule including manage scaffolding materials, equipment, tools and manpower.
  • To preserve the function of our physical assets throughout their life period to the satisfaction of international standards through continued process improvement, selecting and applying the most cost-effective techniques along with proactively preventing and managing failures and their consequences.
  • Prepare method statement/rigging studies for rigging operations; prepare rigging plan before rig-up/erection of lift equipment.
  • Provide leadership and direction to all Rigging Operations Team include ensuring work is technically correct, performed in safe and cost effective manner, and monitor their performance in order to maintain & enhance team performance.
  • Maintaining and implementing SHE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements.
