About the Role


As Consumer Lending Lead, you will play an important role in setting the direction of Gojek Financial Services Team. You will work with leaders and industry experts to define strategy, lead business critical projects, set goals, and help the team to achieve performance targets.



What You Will Do

  • Work with GoTo Financial leadership in defining and executing financial services strategy
  • Lead strategic projects that requires coordination across business streams within financial services
  • Lead a team that builds, refines, and maintains multi-entity financial model
  • Work with middle and senior management in setting the financial services periodic goals and targets
  • Work with functional and product teams to track business metrics performance and conduct management reporting
  • Represent the team in strategic discussions with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Follow the activities, trends, and regulation in the financial service space to become a better partner in setting the team strategy
  • Collaborate with business unit leaders to improve team organization and teamwork
  • Will be responsible for design, monitor and execute P&L in collaboration with respective function

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor degree, masters degree is a plus
  • At least 9 years working experience in related fields such as banking, consulting, or fintech industry
  • Deep understanding of how financial service industry and fintech companies work
  • Ability to analyze challenges and opportunities with data and critical reasoning
  • Strong financial modelling skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to approach and persuade related stakeholders, and manage the expectations of senior level management
  • Strong project management skill to manage complex projects, ability to manage and prioritize multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Build trust and positive collaboration as a leader, not only with direct reports, but also with other team members as the role entails leading projects with various teams
