A blockchain company in Canggu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Social Media Manager (Part-time).

Responsibilities:

Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
Set specific objectives and report on ROI
Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content
Create a weekly and monthly schedules for the social media feed
Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and brand manager to ensure brand consistency
Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews to improve community engagements
Oversee and manage social media accounts’ design (Facebook and Instagram)
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

Requirements:

Indonesian citizen
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Proven experience as a social media manager
Understanding of community building and experience with Instagram and Twitter
Familiar with Discord and Telegram is a plus
Design skills would be a plus
Flexible working hours in different time zones
Hands on experience in content management
Excellent copywriting skills
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
Knowledge of online marketing channels and trends
Excellent communication skills
Analytical and multitasking skills
