District Sales Manager is accountable for sales strategy, sales team, and achieving sales revenue targets across all sales channels within the district.
What You Will Do
Design an overall merchant strategy (encompassing both hunting and farming motion) for the district, followed by implementation and execution of the plan to ensure business objectives are achieved
Oversee and manage the performance of his/her team (consisting of Account Executive, Acquisition Specialist, District Sales Support Admin), including:
Review team performance and take corrective actions to achieve target
Cascade strategy from RSH & Sales Strategy HQ to the team & lead the execution for the district
Coach Account Executive to Identify new sales opportunities within existing merchant accounts by up-selling from existing product
Coach Acquisition Specialist to Identify new sales opportunities in the district from virgin GoPay merchants
Support his/her team to problem solve issues happening in their area, especially issues happening at critical merchants
Regularly do coaching & mentoring for the team members
Identify key/critical merchants in the district and:
Build and maintain relationships with these merchants
Give additional support to the Account Executive managing the merchants to problem solve issues experienced by these merchants
Work with relevant stakeholders in the region/district to ensure that sales strategies & merchant activities are aligned with the overall regional and nationwide company objectives. This would including supporting RCE team to translate consumer behavior, market insight, field situation, and market trend within the district to refine the overall region strategy
Develops and monitors the production.
Creates planning studies and generates reports, plans.
Manages with the team all general planning issues for allâ¦
To ensure mass-production capability for final test.
To ensure performance of Burn In tools including processes.
To be responsible for AOI on Burn In tools.
Support program development of advertising and promotions to provide maximum sales target and effective market exposure of brand and products in the segment.
