What Will You Do?

Student Engagement Specialist is someone who is responsible for planning, developing and delivering activities that positively impact student's soft skill, personal growth and wellness.
  • Planning, organizing, developing, and evaluating program activities that assist students in university or career planning and issues related to developmental needs of students.
  • Create activities that can increase engagement on the existing communication platform at CoLearn.
  • Counseling students if they have academic, social, and personal problems.

About You:

  • Have at least bachelor degree in Psychology
  • Have at least 2 years of student development.
  • Strong knowledge of student engagement strategies
  • Be gritty and willing to work hard and smart to get the job done
  • Willing to work in 6 months contract

You Will Make Us Go, If:

  • You've had experience in EdTech
  • You have experience working for a startup who have scaled 0 to1
  • You have experience in being the speaker for students or teenagers
