Job Responsibilities:

Be part of Indonesia management team to lead Indonesia strategy and execution. Also, define and deliver the country IT strategic plan in alignment with global and regional IT strategy
Managed IT team to provide appropriate solutions for internal & external customers in accordance to company IT strategy and policy and ensure business continuity with proper IT Service Level
Partner with other function heads collaboratively expediting company growth and sustainability
Managed/influenced agenda of country strategy and ensure delivery of plans in country within agreed schedule and budget
Ensure IT standard solutions / governance processes according to global IT strategy are adopted and practiced in the country.
Interfaced with global IT teams as well as Regional IT Directors to ensure successful project implementation and adherence to global standards ie governance and methodology.
Provided team developments and retain talents
