Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for Test handler Gravity Feed and Strip Test equipment key performance indicators on Productivity, Yield, and Quality.
In your new role you will:
  • Responsible for Test handler equipment Gravity Feed and Strip handler key performance indicators on Productivity, Yield, and Quality
  • Improve equipment stability, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Meantime Between Assist (MTBA), and support daily management items to ensure line stability
  • Drive solutions to resolve performance topics affecting OEE and define and plan a Predictive Maintenance Program for equipment stability
  • Lead and build data analytics to improve the maintenance process and yield performance
  • Develop line competency related to equipment performance in order to perform jobs effectively
  • Implement new projects related to Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Advanced Automation

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • >10years experience in semiconductors in test handling related functions. Experience in test handling Turret or Pick, Strip test, and gravity Feed platform. Experience with MT9928 & Rasco strip test handler will be an added advantage
  • Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronic/ Electrical Engineer
  • Strong proficiency in English
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Project management and statistical data analysis skills
  • Good knowledge of Autodesk inventor (or equivalent) and well versed of mechanical drawing is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of Material and thermal-mechanical simulation tools is an advantage
