The Lead Generation will be working in the Corporate Human Resources – Business Development Division. He/she will establish initial points of contact with prospective and current customers, increase market share and expand the existing client base.
He/she will be working with fellow Business Development tribe member(s) in expanding business and market for Growth Center (Corporate Human Resource's brand for external clients).
Job Description:
Initiates lead/demand generation strategies that include inbound/outbound sales and marketing campaigns via social media, email, or any other digital channel available
Maintain prospect relationships by initiating communication and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel
Effectively communicate and present product solution and value proposition to customers
Assist in developing targeted proposal and contract
Evaluates proposals and providing feedback for ensuring both client and company requirements are met
Possessing bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, or any related fields. Final year students are welcome to apply
Able to identifying target audiences and planning effective selling communication
Having basic knowledge about Growth Center product and its market competitor
Highly creative, strong problem solving and presentation skill
Good interpersonal communication with relationship building skill
Able to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic and changing environment
Able to prioritize, manage multiple task, and deliver on deadline
Experience in marketing or business development in HR product/solution will be beneficial
