Job Description

Position Summary:
A consultant must be capable of handling the day to day aspects of the advisory job (planning, client meetings, fieldwork, report writing and coaching staff) with support from colleagues; must interface with client management and other professionals; can be independently assigned in out-of town projects; know when to seek advice from senior members of the team and demonstrate technical ability

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Projects a professional image and builds good rapport with the client, with a clear understanding of client expectations

Maintains detailed question and answer lists and communicates these with the client

Takes responsibility for assigned areas, including having own work reviewed and works to time and budget

Assists in the full recovery of billable time through accurate and timely submission of timesheets

Contributes to ensuring maximum utilisation through proactively seeking involvement in upcoming assignments and highlighting own availability

Takes responsibility for assigned areas of the report, ensuring accuracy of the details in the report

Maintains assignment files with direction from internal advisory manual

Identifies activities to be undertaken and prioritises accordingly

Seeks advice on areas of technical research and then undertakes research using the firm portals and databases

Acknowledges the limitations of own technical expertise and experience and seeks the support of others if necessary

Supports associates within the team through coaching and mentoring

Prepares own self appraisal and seeks feedback after each assignment

Attends training courses, keeping technical knowledge up-to-date and developing competencies through in-house training opportunities

Seeks input from managers to develop commercial awareness
Must have at least S1 degree in Management Finance or Accounting

Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Ability to handle multiple and simultaneous projects

Good knowledge of MS Powepoint, Excel & Word, Internet and E-mail

Previous audit/Transaction Advisory Service (TAS) experience

Having Master’s degree in finance / management will be an advantage
