About the Role
If you’re looking to lead a dynamic, driven, and high-functioning team focused on generating net revenues for Gojek, look no further. The retail GoTo-market team is part of the broader Gojek Ads & Promo group that is responsible for managing end-to-end ads & promo businesses at Gojek. As the Head of Retail Partnership & Go To Market, you'll take the wheel in looking after a portfolio of over forty key Enterprise Merchants and establish the GoAds Go To Market Strategy to penetrate long tail SMB merchants. Additionally, you'll manage senior client relationships (CXOs), lead the consulting/problem solving role for these key merchant partners, and establish the Go To Market & Product Marketing Strategy for GoAds.
What You Will Do
Analyze the retail market and create strategies to penetrate the market
Offer your advice on creating marketing partnership plans in conjunction with the Ad Ops team
Understand client pain points and help customize ads/promo solutions to be tailor-made for large clients while creating a more syndicated approach for the long tail of retailers
Work with the Gojek Sales team to manage client expectations and budgets
Hold business reviews with clients, act as a thought partner, manage account plans, and help retail clients grow their business using our solutions
What You Will Need
At least 7 years of experience in Consulting, Business Development, Ad Sales or Direct Sales
Experience in digital platforms or E-commerce is a plus
Experience in ads-related revenue streams is a plus
Experience in managing a large team in a high-performing, fast-paced environment
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, including Senior Executives
Fluency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets) and presentations (Google Slides)
Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills in order to engage with stakeholders of all levels
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written & verbal)
