Make cold and warm phone calls to contacts to follow up communications, manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to calling, provide information related product / services
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales with different outreach intervals and content to identify successful strategies
Following up on previous customers and maintaining records of customer contacts for potential sales
Completing customer surveys to obtain information about potential customers
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
Direct prospects to the field & setting up meeting for our sales team
Enter and update customer information in the database
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Log, track, update and maintains customer contact and contact records.
Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science / IT Field (Fresh Graduate welcome to apply)
Minimum 1 year experience in IT contact center telesales (outbound) will be preffered
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
Prior experience selling or marketing in IT products is a plus but is not required
Excellent Communication skills
Target oriented and able to work under deadline
Ability to learn about IT products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
Building relation with all client and prospective clients
