Job Description

Compile and cleanse the HR data from various databases.

Capture the user’s need regarding analysis and create the appropriate dashboard with various platforms (Google Data Studio/Metabase/Tableau).

Ensure the users understand how to use the dashboards and that the dashboards are shared to stakeholders (e.g with Tableau online)

Recommend ways to improve data reliability, efficiency and quality.

General Requirements:
Fresh graduates from any kind of degree are welcomed to apply!

High willingness to learn data analysis independently.

Able to explain data analysis to users and able to communicate technical concepts.

Exceptional problem solving & strong communications skills to translate findings and recommendations to a wider range of audience.

Technical Requirements:
Proficient in Excel (e.g pivot, vlookup) and able to perform data cleansing.

Able to use Google Data Studio. Bonus points if you already have basic knowledge in Tableau.

Basic knowledge in SQL for data analysis (in Tableau or Metabase) is good to have.

Understand the basics of data visualizations.

Other notes:
Candidates must be willing to work within office hours (full WFH).

The contract period will be offered for 3 months-basis (can be renewed).
